Ramp is seeking a Senior Business Systems Engineer to own and evolve Ramp’s Post Sales systems, focusing on onboarding and activation funnels and turning complex commercial agreements into reliable customer outcomes.

The role sits in Growth Engineering’s Business Systems Engineering team and collaborates with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Data, Product, and GTM teams to ensure high-stakes revenue workflows are reliable and scalable for the organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce engineering experience.
• Experience in systems design and revenue workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on the Salesforce Platform.
• Own data contracts, idempotency, error handling, reconciliation, and safe lifecycle changes for quotes, contracts, and subscriptions.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce, internal revenue app, Data, and adjacent business systems.
