Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Senior Business Systems Engineer to own and evolve Ramp’s Quote-to-Cash ecosystems. You’ll shape Salesforce CPQ, contract, and Billing/Core integrations transforming complex commercial agreements into precise customer outcomes from quote creation to amendments.

You’ll collaborate with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Billing Engineering, Product, and GTM teams, combining hands-on Salesforce engineering with systems design to deliver reliable, scalable revenue workflows and

Qualifications

• 7+ years working with the Salesforce platform.
• 5+ years of experience with Systems Architecture and Integrations.
• Strong experience with Apex and triggers.
• Experience with CPQ, pricing, contract lifecycle management, billing, subscriptions, or another Quote-to-Cash domain.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on the Salesforce Platform.
• Design and operate reliable integrations between Salesforce CPQ, Ironclad, Billing/Core, and adjacent business systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions on iPaaS (Homegrown, Workato, Clay, etc)
• Drive decisions on architecture patterns, tool usage, and designs required for the solution to scale.
• Write and communicate technical specifications, including architecture diagrams and data model diagrams.
• Own the data integrity and data assumptions in your focused area and contribute continually.
• Work closely with the team on code reviews, on‑call, build issues, and ideation.
