Salesforce is seeking a Senior Business Strategy Director within Experience Services to lead transformative, multi-year strategy engagements for enterprise clients. You will partner with C-level executives to craft differentiated value, define vision, metrics, and roadmaps that align business and technology outcomes.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Solution Architects, and External Partners to accelerate value realization and elevate practice-wide capability

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience consulting in enterprise-level technology transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in Consumer Goods Retail Execution (REX) within CG enterprises, consultancies, or software vendors.
• Familiarity with Salesforce's Consumer Goods Cloud application.
• Thought leadership across Cycle Planning & Territory Design, Retail Execution Management, Store Audits, Order Capture & Management, Merchandising, Promotion/Rebate Management, global Route-to-Market models and execution strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategy subject matter expertise during sales and delivery cycles.
• Help position and sell large-enterprise consulting engagements to customers; define program scope, team, value narrative, and pitch.
• Conduct assessments and facilitate workshops to develop future-state operating models and business visions.
• Perform and distill customer, industry, and end-user research to identify key customer needs and opportunities.
• Identify enterprise business process and operations improvements to realize efficiencies and impact.
• Develop multi-year, strategic roadmaps that prioritize investments and support business objectives.
• Help leaders adopt new digital operating models, governance strategies, and approaches.
• Uncover future sales opportunities to drive ongoing customer value.
• Independently drive engagement strategy and quality as the strategy resource on an account.
