Argo's Centralized Operations team is seeking an experienced professional to improve underwriting workflows and customer service through efficient system-based processes.

The role partners with Product Management, Actuary, and other business functions to implement updates, manage testing, and ensure timely releases while maintaining strong client communication and adherence to regulatory standards. Travel may be requested.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of insurance experience with authority.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to balance multiple inquiries in a high-volume environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Travel may be requested.

Responsabilidades

• Assist as a liaison for various system platforms.
• Production and maintenance testing.
• Identify workflow impacts from system updates.
• Communicate system updates and coordinate training.
• Identifying system defects and/or gaps, providing fixes.
• Prioritize system releases across functions.
• Develop and maintain onboarding standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop, write, and implement requirements.
• Approve authorizations for service requests outside of staff authority.
• Direct the tasking flow and ensure efficient work processes.
• Liaison with Division Managers on special issues and projects.
• Training, coaching, and mentoring less experienced staff, including QA.
• Manage Product Line & vendor relationships.
• Conduct underwriting file analysis, including forms and endorsements.
• Assist underwriters and support staff to enhance performance.
• Proactively manage IT and BPO relationships; overseas partners.
• Suggest, document, implement, and audit workflows that increase efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
