Job summary

Clearbrook Holdings Inc. seeks a seasoned professional for its Argo operations to streamline underwriting workflows and improve customer service. You will partner with Product Lines and Actuary, driving efficiency and standardizing processes across divisions.

You will analyze underwriting files, manage vendor relationships, and mentor staff while coordinating with overseas partners when needed. A high-volume environment requires strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of insurance experience with authority.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to balance multiple inquiries in a time-sensitive, high-volume environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist as a liaison for various system platforms.
• Production and maintenance testing of systems.
• Identify workflow impacts from system updates.
• Communicate updates and coordinate training as needed.
• Identify defects and gaps, provide fixes.
• Prioritize system releases across functions.
• Develop onboarding standards and cross-functional requirements.
• Approve service requests outside staff authority.
• Direct task flow and ensure efficient work processes.
• Liaise with division managers on special issues and projects.
• Train, coach and mentor staff, including QA.
• Manage Product Line and vendor relationships.
• Conduct underwriting file analysis and assist underwriters.
