Argo's Centralized Operations team in Omaha is seeking a seasoned professional to improve and streamline underwriting-related workflows. You will partner with Product Lines, Product Management, and Actuary to drive efficient processes and superior customer service.

The role emphasizes collaboration, system testing, training coordination, and vendor/IT relationship management in a fast-paced environment. A strong insurance background is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred; insurance designation encouraged.
• Minimum of 5 years of insurance experience with authority.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to balance multiple inquiries and demands with a positive coaching approach.
• Capable of functioning in a time-sensitive, high-volume environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; effective leadership.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
• Analytical thinking; maintain good internal/external relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Assist as a business liaison for various system platforms.
• Perform production and maintenance testing.
• Identify workflow impacts from system updates.
