Argo Group within Shared Services seeks a Sr. Specialist in Business Process Management to streamline underwriting workflows and standardize processes.

You will collaborate with Product Lines, Management and Actuary teams to improve efficiency and customer service, while guiding staff and coordinating system changes. You will lead onboarding standards, manage vendor and partner relationships, and analyze underwriting files to identify improvements.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of insurance experience with authority.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and oral communication, leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist as a business representative and liaison for system platforms.
• Perform production and maintenance testing and coordinate training if needed.
• Identify workflow impacts from system updates and propose fixes.
• Prioritize system releases and maintain onboarding standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to write and implement requirements.
• Mentor and train less experienced staff, including QA.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee underwriting file analyses.
• Ensure efficient task flow and effective work processes across teams.
• Travel may be required.
