Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of insurance experience, strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, and be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of insurance experience with authority.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with leadership abilities.
• Able to balance multiple inquiries in a time-sensitive, high-volume environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist as a business representative for various system platforms.
• Production and maintenance testing.
• Identify workflow impacts from system updates.
• Communicate system updates and coordinate training.
• Identify defects and gaps and provide fixes.
• Prioritize system releases across functions.
• Develop and maintain onboarding standards.
• Collaborate to write and implement requirements across teams.
• Approve authorizations outside staff authority.
• Direct task flow and ensure efficient processes.
• Liaison with Division Managers on special issues.
• Train, coach, and mentor staff including QA.
• Manage Product Line and vendor relationships.
• Conduct underwriting file analysis and support underwriting duties.
• Manage IT and outsourcing relationships; coordinate with overseas partners.
• Suggest and audit workflows to increase efficiency.
