Job summary

Farm Family, part of Argo's Centralized Operations, seeks a Sr. Specialist, Business Process Management to partner with Product Lines, Management, and Actuary to optimize underwriting workflows and system processes.

You will test, train staff, and coordinate releases while identifying defects and mentoring junior staff in a fast-paced environment. You will also manage vendor relationships and support underwriting analysis to ensure efficient operations and regulatory compliance across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework/degree preferred.
• Insurance designation preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of insurance experience with authority.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical ability; capable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist as a business representative for various system platforms.
• Production and maintenance testing of systems and processes.
• Coordinate system updates and training when needed.
• Identify defects and gaps and propose fixes.
• Prioritize system releases across functions.
• Manage product line & vendor relationships.
• Conduct underwriting file analysis and support staff.
