This role is 100% remote and U.S.-based within the Veterans Affairs portfolio, requiring strong SAFe/Agile expertise and excellence in process design.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading and delivering complex projects.
• Expertise eliciting and documenting business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Proficiency with UML, BPMN, and process modeling.
• Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile and SAFe frameworks (certifications preferred).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and mentor analysts.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on continuous process improvement, organizational redesign, and performance metrics.
• Define and develop business processes, roles, and responsibilities.
• Conduct current state, gap, and benchmarking analyses; identify best practices.
• Plan and implement future state designs and change management.
• Coordinate with customer, CS, and IT teams; oversee quality programs and compliance.
• Deliver presentations and training on measurement, analysis, and control.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses and drive value realization.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts and cross-functional teams.
