Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to drive process improvement initiatives for the VA department. This remote role collaborates with customer, IT, and client teams to design future states and manage change while ensuring compliance and quality across programs.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Agile/SAFe, requirements elicitation, and business analysis, with a proven record of delivering large, multi-team projects and mentoring analysts.

Formación

• Proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Expertise in eliciting and documenting requirements and workflows.
• Proficiency with UML/BPMN and data visualization tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for basic business process engagements.
• Define and develop business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics.
• Conduct analysis of business processes, including: Current state analysis, Gap analysis, Benchmarking, Best practices identification, Organizational assessment, Other related tasks.
• Plan and implement process improvements, including: Future state design, Change management, Transition planning.
• Interface with all project areas, including: Customer, Computer services, Client services.
• Provide oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and performance quality.
• Proven knowledge in Agile and SAFe methodologies and a strong understanding of how to apply both flexible, iterative project management (Agile) and the framework for scaling those principles across a large organization (SAFe).
• Experience with the practices of both, specifically in applying them to align strategy, manage large portfolios, and improving collaboration and delivery across multiple teams to achieve business agility and deliver value faster.
