Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Associate in Business Operations within the Institutional group. You will partner with senior leadership to structure strategic challenges, build quantitative business cases, and translate data into executive recommendations that drive product and segment strategy.

You’ll own problems end-to-end, develop financial models, and strengthen processes to improve workflow efficiency. Some in-person surges are required, with a remote-first work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product strategy.
• Proven ability to build quantitative models and business cases.
• Familiarity with institutional finance, capital markets, or crypto markets.
• Track record delivering concise recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to SQL and BI tools (Hex, Superset, Looker) or crypto analytics tools.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
