Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Business Operations Senior Associate to partner with senior leadership in the Institutional group. You will structure complex strategic problems, build quantitative models, and translate data into executive-level recommendations shaping product and segment strategy.

You will own end-to-end workstreams, develop business cases, and drive experiments to validate hypotheses, while collaborating across teams to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product strategy.
• Proven ability to build quantitative models and business cases that influence leadership decisions.
• Familiarity with institutional finance, capital markets, or crypto markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex strategic problems and develop data-backed recommendations.
• Build business cases and financial models for institutional product and GTM strategy.
• Understand competitive positioning and crypto landscape to sharpen strategy.
• Design experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact on products.
