Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product strategy with ownership of end-to-end strategic workstreams.
• Proven ability to build quantitative models and business cases influencing leadership decisions.
• Familiarity with institutional finance, capital markets, or crypto/digital assets markets.
• Track record of delivering clear written and verbal recommendations to senior stakeholders in fast-moving environments.
• Exposure to SQL and BI tools (Hex, Superset, Looker) or crypto analytics tools is a plus but not required.
• Uses generative AI responsibly to produce business-ready outputs with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems and translate into actionable recommendations backed by data.
• Build business cases and financial models informing product and go-to-market strategy.
• Understand competitive positioning and crypto landscape to sharpen recommendations.
• Design experiments to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and drive changes across Institutional products.
• Own problems end-to-end from framing to implementation, not just the slide deck.
• Improve processes, frameworks, and operational tooling to strengthen the team.
