You will structure problems, build financial models, and translate data into executive recommendations that shape product and segment strategy. Qualifications

• 5+ years leading end-to-end strategic workstreams in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product strategy.
• Ability to build quantitative models and business cases that inform leadership decisions.
• Familiarity with institutional finance, capital markets, or crypto markets.
• Track record of delivering clear written and verbal recommendations to senior stakeholders in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Structure strategic problems for Coinbase's leadership with data-backed recommendations.
• Build business cases and financial models shaping product and go-to-market strategy.
• Develop a deep understanding of competitive positioning and crypto landscape to sharpen recommendations.
• Design experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact across Institutional products.
• Own problems end-to-end from framing to implementation, not just slides.
• Strengthen processes, frameworks, and operational tooling.
