Responsibilities

• Create and execute territory plans with travel focus.
• Position BHHC as market of choice with agents and target markets.
• Monitor agency growth and profitability and develop improvement plans.
• Manage agency partnerships to meet minimum premium and growth goals.
• Conduct in-person agency visits and participate in meetings and reviews.
• Educate agents on BHHC value proposition and opportunities.
