Ericsson Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the Mobile Financial Services portfolio in North America.

This role is hybrid, requiring onsite work three days a week at various US locations including New York, Plano, and more. You will open accounts, create opportunities, and close multi-million-dollar engagements, reporting to the MFS Head of Market Development – Americas.

Competenze

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech or payments.
• Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth.
• Experience selling to financial institutions or fintechs and engaging executives.

• Generate net-new business across USA and target segments with proactive outreach.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing and handover to delivery.
• Develop business cases and proposals; articulate Ericsson differentiation to clients.
