Ericsson is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in Mobile Financial Services across North America. Qualifications

8–12 years of enterprise sales experience and recent experience in a Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments organization.
Experience selling to financial institutions or fintech companies, with knowledge of relevant regulatory environment.
Ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders and close complex, high-value deals.
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Generate net-new business across target market in USA and customer segments through proactive outreach and pipeline creation.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close and handover to delivery.
Develop compelling business cases and value narratives to articulate customer outcomes.
