Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business in the Mobile Financial Services portfolio across North America. This hybrid role requires onsite presence several days per week at client sites in the US, with extensive travel.

You will build strategic opportunities, engage C-level stakeholders, and lead multi‑million dollar deals, reporting to the MFS Head of Market Development – Americas.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments.
• Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth.
• Ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and close complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across US targets and strategic accounts.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure and handover to delivery.
• Develop compelling business cases and value propositions for customers.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, and legal teams to win deals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting, aligning with DBR framework.
