Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech, mobile payments, or related sectors.
• Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals with financial institutions or fintechs.
• Ability to engage executive stakeholders and drive strategic opportunities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across target markets in the USA and manage a strategic pipeline.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Develop business cases and value narratives to differentiate Ericsson MFS offerings.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance teams to win deals.
• Represent Ericsson at key industry events and client engagements.
