Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth for Mobile Financial Services in North America. You will open opportunities, target strategic accounts, and close multi-million-dollar platform or services engagements.

You will build compelling business cases, shape value-led proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win deals while maintaining high-quality pipeline management and CRM accuracy.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech/payments
• Experience selling Mobile Financial Services or fintech
• Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals
• Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders
• Willingness to travel ~50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across target markets in USA via proactive outreach and strategic account targeting
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure
• Develop business cases and value narratives for Ericsson MFS offerings
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance to shape and win deals
• Represent Ericsson at key industry events and client engagements
