Ericsson Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the Mobile Financial Services portfolio in North America.

The role focuses on creating opportunities, opening new accounts, and closing complex deals, while positioning Ericsson as a strategic partner for digital financial infrastructure. You will manage end-to-end sales processes, develop compelling business cases, and build relationships with C-level stakeholders to accelerate growth

Qualifikationen

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments.
• Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth in outbound sales.
• Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value deals.
• Ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Generate net-new business across target markets in the USA and drive proactive outreach to target accounts.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation, closure, and handover to delivery.
• Develop compelling business cases and value narratives to articulate outcomes and Ericsson differentiation.
• Manage relationships with C-level stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape offers and improve deal velocity.
• Represent Ericsson at key industry events and client engagements.
