Ericsson Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in North America for Mobile Financial Services.

The role focuses on creating opportunities, opening new accounts, and closing complex, high-value deals with financial institutions and fintechs. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, build strategic value propositions, and collaborate with product, delivery, and legal teams to win deals while traveling ~50% as needed.

Competenze

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in mobile financial services or fintech.
• Proven ability to win new business and close high-value deals.
• Experience selling to financial institutions and navigating regulatory environments.

• Generate net-new business across USA and target segments through proactive outreach.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure and handover to delivery.
• Develop business cases, value narratives, and commercial proposals.
• Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline with cross-functional alignment.
• Engage executive stakeholders and manage multi-million-dollar opportunities.
