AB Facility Service is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in New Jersey to drive revenue through new client acquisitions in janitorial, facility maintenance, and related building services. The role focuses on securing long-term contracts and expanding ABFS’s presence in commercial sectors.

The ideal candidate will manage RFP responses, pricing, and proposals, while building strategic relationships with property and facility managers to sustain growth.

Formación

• 3-5 years of business development or sales experience.
• Experience selling janitorial, commercial cleaning, facility maintenance, or building services.
• Proven track record of winning new accounts and revenue growth.
• Experience managing the full RFP process.
• Experience developing proposals, pricing models, and service agreements.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Established network within commercial real estate, facility management, property management, healthcare, education, industrial, or commercial sectors preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and close new business opportunities
• Sell ABFS janitorial, facility maintenance, and building service solutions
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, networking events, and site visits
• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
• Lead RFP responses, proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
• Partner with Operations to ensure accurate scopes of work and pricing packages
• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve sales goals
