Job summary

You will build strategic relationships with property and facility managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers, aiming to grow recurring revenue and expand ABFS's market

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of business development or sales experience in facility services or related sectors.
• Experience selling janitorial, commercial cleaning, facility maintenance, or building services is required.
• Proven track record of winning new accounts and revenue growth.
• Experience managing the full RFP process and pricing
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new business opportunities.
• Sell ABFS janitorial, facility maintenance, and building service solutions.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, networking events, and site visits.
• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
• Lead RFP responses, proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Partner with Operations to ensure accurate scopes of work and pricing packages.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve sales goals.
