Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in janitorial, facility management, or commercial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new commercial cleaning opportunities within target markets across the Northeast and Central United States.
• Lead Generation: Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects through cold calling, networking, events, meetings, and digital outreach.
• Client Acquisition: Conduct presentations, site assessments, and proposal development to secure long-term service contracts.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, and decision-makers.
• Sales Strategy: Contribute to go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and regional sales goals.
• Collaboration: Work with operations to ensure onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to inform strategy.
