City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business in the B2B sector for landscaping and janitorial services for commercial clients.

You will identify potential clients, develop a strong leads pipeline, and conduct presentations and negotiations to close deals while building lasting client relationships. The role rewards performance with base salary, bonuses, and a track record of substantial earnings.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in the facility services or related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
