CVS Health seeks a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to support monitoring of operations, ensure alignment with policies and regulatory standards, and act as liaison between operations, leadership, and compliance teams.

You will conduct audits, review data, maintain SOPs, develop reports, manage tickets within SLAs, and drive improvement initiatives across cross-functional projects. The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates and business leaders.
• 1 year experience with root cause analysis, data gathering and problem solving with urgency.
• 2 years experience within a call monitoring environment.
• Ability to adapt priorities to changing business requirements in fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge of IT architecture related to phone switches, call recording, VoIP/TDM systems (Nice, Five9 Verint) or similar ticket systems.

Aufgaben

• Support and monitor business operations to ensure policy, regulatory, quality, and procedural compliance.
• Conduct audits, review data, investigate concerns, and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting, training, and corrective action plans.
• Analyze trends and performance metrics; prepare leadership reports.
• Manage work through a ticketing system; monitor, prioritize, document, and resolve tickets within SLAs/TATs.
• Lead cross-functional projects and provide regular status updates to leadership.
