CVS Health is hiring a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to support operations, monitor regulatory adherence, and promote process improvements. You will lead audits, analyze data, and help with SOP maintenance and reporting to leadership.

You will manage tickets within SLAs, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive projects that strengthen internal controls and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office and documentation.
• Experience with root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
• Experience in a call monitoring environment or contact center operations.
• Ability to adjust priorities in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
