Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to support and monitor operations for regulatory adherence. You will identify risks, review data, and implement improvements while managing tickets and maintaining SLAs.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A focus on SOPs, reporting, and training supports ongoing compliance and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Minimum of 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates, teams and business leaders.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with root cause analysis: ask questions, gather and analyze data, identify and solve problems.
• Minimum of 2 years experience within a call monitoring environment.

Responsibilities

• Audit and monitor operations to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and resolve tickets within SLAs and turnarounds.
• Assist in SOP development, reporting, training, and corrective action plans.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and process improvements.
• Analyze trends and performance metrics for leadership reporting.
