U.S. Bank in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a experienced Business Banking Relationship Manager to combine sales know-how, relationship management, and financial acumen to help business clients achieve their goals.

You will develop new client relationships, deepen partnerships, and deliver tailored financial solutions, connecting business owners with lending, treasury, deposit, and payment solutions that support growth. A strong track record in B2B sales and knowledge of the local market are valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven or more years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Allocate 65–70% of time to active prospecting, self-sourcing business, building a book from the ground up, and driving new client acquisition.
• Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
• Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.
• Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
• Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals and needs.
• Partner effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Banking Credit Card teams.
