Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business experience and knowledge of business credit and core products.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Balance client needs with firm risk and know when to elevate or handle independently.
• Prioritize daily tasks to achieve business objectives and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with revenue of $1-$5M; manage deposits and credit up to $500k.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions aligned with client needs.
• Promote solutions using knowledge of business, finance, credit, and risk management.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their locations; maintain relationship development steps.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Coordinate with partners across lines of business to meet client goals while managing risk.
