Job summary
TriNet, a leading provider of comprehensive HR solutions for SMBs, is seeking a Staff Business Application Owner to manage TriNet's internal business applications. You will partner with BRM, Engineering, Design and UX/UI to prioritize features, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications that support critical business initiatives.
This role requires strong market analysis, excellent stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Typically 8+ years of experience in business applications.
- Advanced AI-powered process automation experience.
- Strong agile development and cross-functional leadership.
- Customer-centric and data-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end lifecycle of business applications from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, UI/UX and Analysts to ensure successful deployments.
- Maintain and prioritize a backlog for business applications based on roadmap priorities.
- Communicate updates to stakeholders and executives.
- Define KPIs and measure platform success; iterate on improvements.
