• Manage internal business applications lifecycles from concept to launch
• Collaborate with engineering, design, UI/UX, and analysts to prioritize features
• Define and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and governance for Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce
• Drive KPI tracking and ROI analysis to improve business outcomes
• Engage with senior management to align roadmaps with business objectives
