Job summary

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Typically 8+ years of experience.
• Advanced experience in a dynamic business application management role.
• Advanced understanding of AI-powered process automation.
• Advanced ability to connect with, build trust, and influence colleagues.
• Advanced communication, written, organizational and presentation skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and governance for Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.
• Prioritize initiatives with stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions.
• Lead optimization of customer service processes using Service Cloud features and AI-powered automation.
• Oversee platform performance, integrations, data quality, security, and compliance.
• Measure outcomes with KPIs and manage releases and investments.
