Job summary
The Staff Business Application Owner at TriNet bridges technology and business leaders to manage TriNet's internal applications. You will shape roadmaps, oversee development, and drive adoption across the enterprise with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and UX/UI.
You will lead market analysis, set priorities, and secure buy-in from stakeholders while delivering scalable, high-impact business solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 8+ years in business applications management or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of all processes in the business application lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, UI/UX, and Business Analysts to ensure successful deployments.
- Maintain and deliver a prioritized backlog for business applications based on roadmap priorities.
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure business application success and iterate on improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business applications.
- Engage with senior management to align business application strategy and decisions.
