Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Staff Business Application Owner to manage internal business applications, develop roadmaps, and lead end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch, in partnership with engineering, UX/UI, and business units.

You will analyze markets, drive platform adoption, prioritize features, and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions and related automation, ensuring business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Typically 8+ years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business application lifecycle and launches.
• Maintain and deliver a prioritized backlog aligned to the roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, UI/UX and Business Analysts.
• Define KPIs and measure platform impact with data-driven insights.
