Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Staff Business Application Owner to lead the internal business applications lifecycle, from concept to launch, in partnership with engineering, design, and UX/UI teams. You will shape roadmaps, drive platform strategy, and manage stakeholders to deliver high-impact business solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Business Relationship Managers and Analysts to align initiatives with corporate programs and improve business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Typically 8+ years of experience in business application management or related field.
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the business application development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of AI-powered process automation.
• Demonstrated ability to influence at multiple levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and governance for Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.
• Prioritize initiatives with business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities to improve agent productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee platform performance, integrations, data quality, security, and compliance.
• Track KPIs and ROI; manage releases and explore emerging capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from conceptualization to launch for internal business applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and UX/UI to prioritize features and resources.
