Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Staff Business Application Owner to lead its internal business applications and roadmaps. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and UX teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with TriNet’s strategic initiatives.

You’ll manage multiple applications, analyze market trends, and work with senior leaders to drive business improvements. This role emphasizes governance, performance, and cross-functional leadership to enable enterprise success.

Qualifications

Experience overseeing the full business application development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy, roadmap and governance for Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.
Partner with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and drive adoption of platform capabilities.
Lead optimization of customer service processes through Service Cloud features and AI-powered automation.
Oversee platform performance, integrations, data quality, security and compliance for enterprise Salesforce solutions.
Measure business outcomes using KPIs and manage releases to maximize ROI.
