CGS is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to partner with a large federal agency. You will define functional requirements, translate them into process maps and system specs, and create polished documentation and briefings for executives and customers.

You will work with government teams to identify opportunities for service delivery improvements, manage risks, and support continuous improvement across programs and content strategies. A strong collaboration mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or engineering.
• 7+ years of business analysis or related experience.
• Experience with phase-based and Agile delivery methods.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.

Responsabilités

• Document and analyze business and functional requirements.
• Develop documentation including system diagrams and operations concepts.
• Create briefings and communications materials for stakeholders.
