Job summary
CGS Federal is seeking experienced Business Analysts to support a large federal agency. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to define functional requirements and guide delivery of business operations and content strategy.
You will document requirements, create user-friendly content, and drive process improvements while collaborating with government teams, senior leadership, and CGS staff. A background in Agile and strong communication are essential.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Must pass a stringent Background Investigation and obtain Government security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements for government projects.
- Translate requirements into process maps and technical specifications.
- Create documentation including operation concepts, diagrams, and status reports.
- Develop content and communications for customers and executives.
- Collaborate with government and CGS teams to improve service delivery and technology.
