CGS Federal is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Information Technology department. You will partner with government and internal teams to define functional requirements and translate them into process maps and technical specifications.

You will develop comprehensive documentation, briefings, and content across multiple media while supporting continuous improvement and service delivery enhancements.

Formación

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, or engineering).
• Must pass a stringent Background Investigation and Government clearance.
• 7+ years in business analysis, systems analysis, or design of information systems.
• Experience with phase-based and Agile delivery methods.
• Experience with Jira or other Agile tools.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse users.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and analyze business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into process maps and system specs.
• Create documentation, diagrams, and operations concepts.
• Develop high-level briefings and communications for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for service delivery improvement and new tech.
• Write and edit content and maintain consistent voice across docs.
• Gather information from subject matter experts for manuals and specs.
