CGS Federal is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to collaborate with a large federal agency within the Information Technology department. You will partner with internal business owners and external partners to understand opportunities and define functional requirements, translating them into clear process maps and system specifications.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of business analysis experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Agile delivery, Jira, and Confluence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or design of information systems programs

Responsabilités

• Document and analyze business and functional requirements for process maps and technical specs
• Develop and maintain documentation and operation procedures
• Create high-level briefings and communications for stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for service delivery improvements and new technology implementations
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and manage client expectations
• Support continuous improvement across products and processes
