Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; eight or more years of experience in electrical, refrigeration and/or HVAC.
• Universal CFC certification required; additional related certifications may be needed.
• Certifications/licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Oversee and inspect work by outside contractors.
• Prepare estimates for time and materials needed for tasks.
• Maintain an energy management program to minimize operating costs.
• Respond to emergencies and customer concerns.
