Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of related experience in facilities engineering or building operations.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or related systems expertise.
• Proficient in MS Office and CMMS; capable of lifting 50 lb+ and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assign work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Perform maintenance on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, life safety, and control systems.
• Lead contractors; ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and inspections to extend equipment life.
• Mentor colleagues and drive innovative solutions across teams.
