Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; licenses as required by local/state laws.
• Experience supervising others preferred and ability to follow safety directives.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire/life safety, and control systems.
• Keep facilities and building systems compliant with codes and CBRE directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize system efficiency.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Ensure safe storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review building systems such as fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing for proper operation.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Coach colleagues and share knowledge across related disciplines.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values within teams.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, and service activities in and across teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and communicate difficult information clearly.
