Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED or trade-education alternative.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing physical tasks as needed.
• Experience and education may be combined to satisfy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems to standard.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Follow codes, regulations, and safety procedures for building operations.
• Review building systems to ensure proper operation and environmental conditions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the engineering team.
