ECS is seeking a Building Enclosure Senior Project Associate to join our Mid-Atlantic Building Science + Infrastructure team in Hanover, MD. You will lead enclosure investigations, testing, and design consulting while coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers on complex projects.

Responsibilities include project management, site observations, and mentoring junior staff; you will ensure quality reports, analyze results, and propose corrective actions across various facilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil, Structural, Architectural Eng or Architecture (NCARB).
• 5+ years in building enclosure consulting, including field investigations, testing, BECx, design review, or forensic assessments.
• Licensure or certification (PE, RA, IIBEC certs) preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage building enclosure projects from setup through completion with schedule, scope, and budget control.
• Lead site visits, testing, investigations, and commissioning activities for varied facilities.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across roles.
• Prepare proposals, change orders, and client communications; present findings and recommendations.
• Review design documents, specs, and submittals; ensure code compliance and quality standards.
• Maintain knowledge of IBC, ASHRAE, ASTM, SMACNA, and CSI standards.
