Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking a Building Enclosure Associate Principal to lead the Mid-Atlantic Building Science & Infrastructure team from Philadelphia, PA. You will manage complex enclosure projects, serve as a technical consultant on investigations, testing, commissioning (BECx), and design reviews, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

This client-facing role requires delivering practical consulting solutions across facilities, mentoring staff, and supporting business development

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/architectural/structural engineering or architecture.
• 8+ years in building enclosure consulting, testing, BECx, and design reviews.
• Licensure or certification in at least one professional discipline (PE/RA/IIBEC).

Responsibilities

• Lead building enclosure consulting projects from initiation to closeout.
• Provide technical guidance on investigations, testing, and design reviews.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development efforts.
• Coordinate with Owners, Architects and Contractors on project delivery.
