Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED and eight or more years experience in electrical systems, refrigeration and/or HVAC.
• Universal CFC certification required; additional certifications in electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; strong organizational and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building equipment including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Operate, monitor and maintain building management, lighting, and digital control systems.
• Oversee and inspect work by outside contractors and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare estimates for time and materials and manage supplies and tools for tasks.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain an energy management program to minimize operating costs.
